SilverEdge’s Account Executive teams work with a wide range of business verticals to provide the latest Apple products, sick cloud based software, and sweet apps that make running a business easier. Our clients come to us because we have vetted and shopped every product in the marketplace and only align ourselves with best-of-breed.
This position is located at our Headquarters in Loveland, Colorado. This is a 35k base + commission position. The performance across reps ranges from 70k-125k income. Work hours are Monday- Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am – 12:00noon. There is no cold calling- all leads are inbound.
The base pay is 35k/annually plus commission, paid semi-monthly on the 5th and 20th via check or direct deposit. We offer a $1,500/per month training bonus during the initial training period.
Commission payouts are simple- we share 20% of the net revenue based on software and hardware sales as well as an ongoing monthly residual.
You must be a top performer.
This position is strictly a sales position responsible for acquiring new customers. If you are not comfortable working in a commission-driven position relying heavily on your ability to sell, read no further.

You thrive on accountability, team contests and winning expensive jewelry and electronics.
You must have prior success selling high ticket technical solutions to Presidents and Owners of small and medium sized companies in a price sensitive market against third-party competitors. You must be willing to dial the phone, be excellent at hunting new opportunities, and have strong closing skills. You should be highly motivated to create your own destiny, a self-starter, and be willing to collaborate with the team. You will fit right in if you like ping pong matches in between calls and free food.
What can I expect to earn my first year?
On average, new Account Executives pace $60,000-$70,000 in the first year. Uncapped potential for commission and bonuses.
How do I get leads?
Once you are fully ramped up, you will receive approximately 100+ leads per month from various inbound lead sources including: online form submits, advertising, referral partners and existing clients. There is no cold calling.
What does the training process look like?
The training process is a two-month process which includes advanced sales training. The first 4 weeks are class intensive. Your time on the phone is fully supported by your Sales Director.
