ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Reports To: Client Operations Manager

Status:  Non-exempt (hourly), paid twice per month

Location: Loveland, CO

POSITION SUMMARY

The mission of the Administrative Assistant is to direct visitors (clients, team members, prospective team members, etc.) in person and on the phone, own key business processes and be responsible for a variety of small to mid-size projects that are critical to the SilverEdge team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents and technical procedures

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to prioritize goals while taking direction from a multitude of sources

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Must continually interact with team members and clients to ensure clear and concise communication

Must have excellent sense of judgment and common sense with the ability to make decisions quickly

Performs a variety of tasks with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize

Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Proficiency at working in MS Office programs (primarily Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise levels (business office setting with computers, printers, coworkers talking on phones and light traffic).

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain call requirements – answering all incoming calls 100% of the time and returning missed calls within 1 hour

Complete reporting tasks for all departments as needed

Assert critical thinking to improve processes as needed

Assist in human resource functions including but not limited to: scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, creating new hire packets

Assist all departments as needed for special projects

Create Customer Service tickets – create, work and assign as needed

Generate/coordinate food orders for team lunches

Outbound Calls as required for follow-up with clients and prospective team members

Perform Quality Control measures
